Identification is required upon check-in for all guests staying at the hotel (aged 18 and above). The following documentation is accepted: -UAE valid driving license -International passport with visa entry stamp or residence stamp -UAE valid national ID -National ID for GCC guests

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Breakfast costs AED 50.00 per person per night.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
