Our contemporary apartments in an ideal location surrounded by the malls and shopping complexes near Al Falah Plaza provide style and comfort complimented by a dedicated team of staff. Air conditioning, DVD players and 24-hour room service are just some of the services which set us apart. Keeping in touch with home or up to date with business will be easy because all apartments have free internet access also. Our apartments are all spacious and well-appointed; they can be reserved for short stays or for up to a year. Upon request, we have cars to rent in which you can visit the nearby Corniche, Grand Abu Dhabi Mall and Madinat Zayed Gold Souk and shopping centre. Abu Dhabi bus station is also within a short distance.

Transfers to and from Abu Dhabi International Airport are provided for AED 75 per car per trip. Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are provided for AED 300 per car per trip. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only). - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
