The Yas Hotel is Connected to the mainland by a bridge and is only a 10 minutes' driving from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi city centre.
An 18-hole golf course, the soon to be completed Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Mall are within walking distance of the hotel.

Please note that some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Guests are advised to check their visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs AED 130 per person per night.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
