Please note that some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Guests are advised to check their visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged AED 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 4.00 % service charge per room per night is included. 6.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
